David Fletcher has an architectural, design, project management and facilities management career spanning more than 40 years within the commercial buildings, healthcare, transport, education, pharmaceutical, residential, retail and public buildings sectors, primarily throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.

He has a deep knowledge and understanding of building construction, design techniques, planning and construction procurement processes which all enable him to advantage a forensic approach to building claims and expert witness work.

David has particular strengths in the co-ordination of large scale and complex projects requiring the integration of various professional and specialist skills and the delivery of projects to schedule and budget. His project management experience has been acquired working directly as the Client's Representative within client organisations, and also as an externally appointed consultant.

Prior to joining High-Point Rendel in 2008, David spent eight years with global architects HOK International, based in London, as Vice-President and Operations Manager for the delivery of projects in the commercial and healthcare sectors. Earlier in his career, David spent 25 years with a number of architectural firms as design leader and contract administrator, preparing designs, specifications and contract documents.
