Denis Cross is a specialist in electrical and mechanical engineering with over 37 years of experience of mechanical, electrical and public health engineering services across the built environment. He is a highly motivated and innovative chartered engineer, project manager and design manager, with a breadth of UK and international experience across the construction industry.

Denis has significant expertise in the timely resolution of technical and contractual issues in developing design processes and proposing and implementing practical and cost effective strategies to eliminate problems - all within the wider process of supporting clients in the delivery of their project goals.

He has wide experience of dispute resolution processes and has acted as expert witness including acting in professional negligence matters. Denis has provided expert oral opinion evidence in the UK High Court and County Court, in International Arbitration and in Expert Determination. He has participated in many alternative dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, mediation and in Project Boards. He has produced expert reports, opinions and schedules in connection with disputes including actions in the UK High Court in connection with landmark buildings and major infrastructure schemes, international contracts and claims and counterclaims in FIDIC DAB referrals.
